Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Discord Verify, including its Discord app, Roblox SDK, API, website, and related services (the “Service”). The Service is provided by BlackLeaf LLC (“BlackLeaf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.
The Service
Discord Verify helps approved Roblox experience and Discord server operators check a user’s verification or membership status. Verification results are informational signals and are not guarantees of identity, age, trustworthiness, or continued server membership.
The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord, Roblox, or Bloxlink.
Eligibility and responsibilities
You must be at least 13 years old and permitted to use the Service under applicable law and platform rules. Operators must have authority to configure the relevant Roblox experience and Discord server.
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate configuration information;
- protecting credentials and promptly reporting suspected compromise;
- obtaining required permissions and notices for information submitted to the Service;
- using verification results appropriately; and
- complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, impersonate others, manipulate verification results, bypass security or rate limits, introduce harmful code, disrupt the Service, or provide the Service to an unapproved third party.
Availability and third parties
The Service depends on third-party platforms and may be unavailable, delayed, or inaccurate. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Ownership
BlackLeaf and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, documentation, and branding. Approved operators receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for their approved integration.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, platform rules, legal requirements, or risks to the Service or others. Operators may request account closure at business@blackleaf.gg.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackLeaf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
You agree to indemnify BlackLeaf against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, information you submit, or violation of these Terms or another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our Privacy Notice also applies to the Service.
