This Privacy Notice explains how BlackLeaf LLC (“BlackLeaf,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through Discord Verify, including its Discord app, Roblox SDK, API, website, and related services (the “Service”).

Information we collect

We may process:

  • Discord and Roblox user IDs, usernames, server IDs, role information, and verification results;
  • account configuration and authentication information provided by approved Service operators;
  • technical data such as request times, logs, errors, and security events; and
  • information you send when contacting us.

The Discord app uses server and member access needed to provide verification. It does not request access to message or voice content.

How we use information

We use information to provide verification, operate and secure the Service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

How we share information

We may share information only as needed with:

  • approved operators receiving a requested verification result;
  • Discord, Roblox, Bloxlink, and other services involved in providing the Service;
  • hosting, monitoring, security, and other vendors acting on our behalf; and
  • authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the Service.

These third parties have their own terms and privacy practices. Service data may be processed in the United States.

Retention and security

Verification records, operational logs, and backups are generally retained for no longer than 30 days. Account configuration and security records may be kept while an account is active and as reasonably needed afterward for legal, security, or administrative purposes.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. Approved operators are responsible for complying with applicable age, privacy, and platform rules.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information or object to certain processing. To submit a request, email business@blackleaf.gg. We may ask for information needed to verify and complete the request. Do not send passwords, tokens, or other secrets.

Changes

We may update this Notice from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
